Participate

Participating at the Spruce Peak Arts Center is not just attending events and being a part of the audience.  You can get more involved, be engaged, and enjoy being a part of the Center in many ways.

The SPPAC Volunteer Company is one big way that you can be a key player in the excitement happening at the Center.  The Volunteer Company consists of people who are interested in the arts, want to be part of something special, and are excited to support the Center by volunteering time at the Center in many different ways.  Members of the volunteer company serves as ushers, ticket takers, coat checkers, hosts and greeters during performances, movies, rental events and activities taking place in the theatre.  Volunteer company members also work backstage, help out with fundraising and marketing efforts, and much more.

We will be introducing a new group of volunteers here at the Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center this spring called the Peakers.  The Peakers will be an integral part of the Center’s marketing efforts by helping us peak peoples’ curiosity about the Center, its programs, and more.  Keep an eye out here for more info on the Peakers, and how you can be involved with your Center by becoming a Peaker!

Another way to participate at the SPPAC is to rent the Center for your next event.  Not only is the Center one of the premier performance spaces in the region, but it is also a flexible and multiuse space.  In addition to outstanding performances on stage, the Center can be rented for performance opportunities; movies; conferences; meetings with keynote speakers; receptions including dinners and more onstage; weddings and wedding receptions; private parties or any special ocassion.

Participating at the Center can happen in so many ways – attending performances; being a member of the Center; joining the Volunteer Company; renting the Center; becoming a Peaker, and by being a proud member of the Center’s family!
