The Spruce Peak Arts Center Foundation, Inc. (DBA as the Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center) is a public 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.  The Foundation is overseen by the Board of Directors, who are elected to the Board and voluntarily serve the Foundation and community with their input and support of the Foundation and Performing Arts Center.
