ArtSmart – CMS Occupied Berlin

Experience Theatre Behind the Scenes! 

Stowe, VT (October 8, 2019) – Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center announces ArtSmart: CMS Occupied Berlin on Saturday, October 12 at 1 PM on the stage at Spruce Peak Arts, free to the community.  Reserve your space now for the behind the scenes talk about the music of Occupied Berlin.

Spruce Peak Chamber Music Society Artistic Director, Jia Kim, will share insights into the musical selections for the Occupied Berlin performance on Sunday, Oct 13 at 7pm.  Artists, Christel Lee, Henry Kramer and Vermont native, Evan Premo, will also share their perspectives as musicians and as a composer to enrich the audience’s experience with the music. 

ArtSmart is a series of an arts education gatherings, talk-backs and intimate conversations that take place on stage with nationally and locally recognized artists.  ArtSmart will take place prior to each performance through the season and is a wonderful opportunity for art lovers to experience theatre behind the scenes. Each gathering in the series offers in-depth learning and discovery by the participants ahead of the actual performance.  The ArtSmart talks provides context for the exploration of the composers, musicians, history, and the pieces performed with insights to enhance the listener’s experience.
