Ticketing Information

Box Office Hours:

Tickets for all Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center events and performances can be purchased over the phone or online.
For general inquiries, please call 802-760-4634 (Monday through Friday 10:00am – 4:00pm) or email us at boxoffice@sprucepeakarts.org.

Please Note: The in-person Box Office will be closed April 29th – May 7th 2024. Email and voicemail will be checked periodically.

Service Fee:

$4 service fee per ticket. Spruce Peak Arts is a nonprofit organization and this fee helps defer the costs of processing tickets.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

All ticket purchases are final. There are no exchanges.

Cancellation and Inclement Weather Policy:

Vermont has spectacular weather that changes constantly. In the rare occasion that an artist is unable to perform due to weather, or an event is unable to take place due to outside conditions, our Box Office will inform all ticket purchasers by email. Please ensure the email address associated with your purchase is up to date.

We have several options if a performance is cancelled.

1. If applicable, offer tickets for a rescheduled performance
2. Refund your ticket
3.  Donate the cost of your ticket to Spruce Peak Arts
