Award-winning ice performers for IDI Stowe Residency include: Two-time Skate Canada Champion and two-time U.S. National Champion, Alissa Czisny; five-time U.S. National competitor and ISU Junior Grand Prix Competitor, Kseniya Ponomaryova; U.S. Figure Skating Championships silver medalist, Junior World Competitor, and former Team USA Ice Dancer, Collin Brubaker; and 2016 U.S. Open Grand Champion ice skater and award-winning choreographer Rohene Ward.
Additional IDI company top performers include Adam Kaplan, Klabera Komini, Ian Lorello, Laura Seal, Lara Shelton and Neill Shelton. Costumes for IN FLIGHT are by Alicia Jackson.
Directed by IDI Executive Artistic Director, Douglas Webster – ice dancer and choreographer whose work has been seen throughout the world – the tour includes new works by Webster and dances created for the company by ballet legend Edward Villella, in-demand dancemaker Trey McIntyre, and other internationally-renowned choreographers. Cindy Stuart, choreographer for the world’s top grossing Ice shows, including the blockbuster “Frozen”, is creating a new piece of repertory in Stowe to premier at the final performance on March 14th.
